Denbasta Ryokan Hotel

- The ryokan deluxe room is randomly assigned between the living room ocean view and the bedroom ocean view room, and certain rooms cannot be designated.
Due to the nature of the random arrangement, we do not guarantee the view of a particular room, and it will be assigned randomly among the living room and bedroom ocean view rooms.

- Please understand that the wet sauna in the premium and sweet rooms cannot be used temporarily due to the possibility of a short circuit.

- Please understand that the Fire gazing humidifier machines in the Ryokan Premier Room and Ryokan Ryokan Premier Room with Terrace are temporarily unavailable for use due to the risk of short circuits.

- Restaurant operation will be suspended in September 2024 (breakfast and dinner not included), breakfast package will be operated (dinner not included) after October, and a separate amount will be announced when breakfast operation is confirmed.
- All rooms in Ryokan are assigned from higher floors to lower floors based on the order of reservation. Specific floor requests cannot be accommodated.
- Please understand that Ryokan Deluxe Rooms are randomly assigned between living room ocean view rooms and bedroom ocean view rooms. Specific room requests cannot be accommodated. Due to the nature of random assignment, specific views cannot be guaranteed.

An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of 2 people for deluxe room type, 3 people for premium room type, 4 people for suite room type and pool villa room type, 6 people for penthouse room type
Extra fees as mentioned will be collected at the property.


Check-in front office hours are 9:00 AM-18:00 PM.
For check-in after 18:00 PM, please contact the front desk in advance.

One car can be parked per room, and two cars can be parked in the penthouse room.
If you are visiting with more than one vehicle, you can park on the road outside. (Area where parking enforcement is not enforced)

If you wish to use electric vehicle charging in the hotel parking lot, please contact the hotel in advance.

When double parking, a car key is required to exit the vehicle behind you, so if you are double parking, please deliver your car key to the front desk.

We would like to inform you that after November 20, 2023, the hinoki bathtub, which was made of hinoki wood, will be renewed and changed into a large jacuzzi. Please keep this in mind when using accommodations.
