-smoking is prohibited in the living room;
-it is prohibited to inform the lessor about the identified malfunctions of the property and emergency or emergency situations after a time after the discovery of the fact of the incident. A fine of RUB 5000.00 is provided for each violation.
In case of damage, destruction of residential premises, property located in it, the guest is obliged to compensate the landlord for the damage caused in full on the basis of the submitted supporting documents.
