If the guest specifies an invalid phone number when booking, the hostel has the right to refuse to check in, check-in is possible only if there are rooms available.
To guarantee the reservation, you must pay an advance payment of 100% of the cost of booking.
In the comments to the booking guest must specify the time of settlement. In the absence of prepayment and no-show before 16:00 the reservation will be canceled.
Within a few days after making the reservation, the representative of the hostel will contact the guest and provide information on how to make the prepayment.
Also, when booking a room after 4 pm with a check-in on the same day, the guest must first contact the hostel.
A child under 4 years of age may be placed on the same bed as the parent; in this case, the supplement for a child is 250 rubles.
The cost of visa support for foreigners is 1000 rubles per person, excluding postage.
Discounts may apply for children under 14 years old. For more information, guests should contact the property directly.
The cost of registration of foreign citizens is 1500 rubles per person.
