Transfer from Klin railway station costs RUB 2000.00.

Dog walking is strictly outside the property.

It is forbidden to listen to loud music, make noise after 09:00 PM.

Guests are advised to take with them sprays, spirals from insects.

Payment is non-refundable regardless of the reasons for cancellation.

The private house is located in the middle of the forest, so mobile phones are not good, the Internet may not be stable.

The administration interacts with the guests on all available technical issues during the planned stay: loading and ignition of the cooker in the bath, a number of preparatory works, service of engineering systems if there is such a problem, maintenance and landscaping.

There is heating in the house.
