The following is prohibited in the apartments: smoking, presence of unauthorized persons in the apartment, holding events, holidays and parties, being intoxicated or otherwise intoxicated, living with animals. Guests with children under 4 years old are only allowed on request. For check-in, guests must provide a passport and conclude an agreement. Reporting documents are provided. The studio is intended exclusively for sleeping and relaxing guests with a small amount of personal belongings.

A serious violation is considered:

- smoking in the apartment;

- presence of strangers in the apartment;

- use of the premises for other purposes.
