Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 01 Oct 2022 until Wed 31 May 2023 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Please note that extra charges are applicable for check-in after 20:00: - EUR 15 until 22:00: - EUR 25 after 22:00 until 00:00; - EUR 50 after 00:00. Please note that after the reservation is made, guests will receive an email containing key pick-up procedures. Please note that a 50% prepayment will be charged on the day of booking via credit card details but refunded if a cancellation is done within the free cancellation period. The remaining payment is due on arrival, in cash. Credit card details will be held as damage deposit.
