You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to call the property 30 minutes prior to arrival. A surcharge of PLN 50 applies for arrivals from 22:00 until 00:00, PLN 80 from 00:00 until 2:00 and PLN 120 after 2:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note that only in some apartments pets are allowed. The fee for a pet per day is 40 PLN. We do not agree to photo sessions and video recording on the premises of the facility without prior consent.
