Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM
• Late check-out fee: EUR 80 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 70 per stay
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 30.0 per night
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 30.0 per day

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 250.00 per stay
• Breakage deposit: EUR 250 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 4 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.50 per night for guests aged 10-15 years old.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 70 per accommodation, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

A tax of EUR 2.50 per person, per night is imposed by the city and collected at the property in cash. The seasonal tax is reduced by 30% from January 1st to January 31st. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. The rate is reduced by 50% for children ages 10-15 (EUR 1.20 during high season and EUR 0.80 during low season).
