You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person for bed linen and EUR 5 per person for towels. Heating costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
