Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Villa Casanova in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note electricity is not included in the rate and is charged at 0,46 €/kwh based on consumption. Contact property for more details. Guests can bring bed linens and towels or they are available on site for a surcharge. Please note that the pool is shared and is open from June until September.
