What was good

Great location for city centre, tourist attractions, and the waterfront. Tram and bus stops are nearby, and the central railway station is walkable. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with a good choice of hot and cold food. The provision of tea and coffee throughout the day, in the lounge, was very welcome. Nice room with a view of the city. Spotless I arrived at the hotel well before the check in time and was pleased to be told that my room was ready and I could check in right away. Throughout my stay, the reception and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.
