Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of HKD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that payment before arrival via bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat, or Paypal is required. Payment must be made within 48 hours after property contacts you in order to confirm your booking. The property may contact directly with more transfer details. Please note that for deposit, it requires only 1 night room rate, the remaining balance shall be paid by cash only when check in.
