It was a unique experience, during our stay they were appropriate and friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the staff were very polite and both at the time of booking and when we left the hotel facilities.

Good care

We had to book a hotel at the last minute, and we got everything we wanted in this hotel.The rooms are comfortable, clean and well priced.I don't know the noise of the street, and it has a central location.The breakfast was very rich and the attention we received was excellent.The staff is friendly and provided solutions to our requests.100% recommended!

Excellent service!

Clean and safe, but the smallest room I have ever had and the smallest breakfast. One tiny cup of coffee, no refill. I checked out after one night having paid for two. They would not refund the money. Desk clerk double charged for a Coke then shorted me 100 limps out of  my change.  Totally not impressed. 

Don't waste your time with this place.

I was surprised by the hotel's appearance on arrival, as it is very modern, very well-arranged and decorated. The staff was very attentive as they sent me the location via WhatsApp. The rooms are impeccable, have a phone to communicate to the reception and the restaurant. There is room service which for the hotel price is incredible. The breakfast is already included and is quite varied, you can choose typical, cereal, fruit or pancakes. The restaurant prices are incredibly cheap and the food is very good, try one thing from the menu. There is security 24 hours and there are two one-way parking lots which can be entered directly into the hotel.

It's centric, comfortable, clean and...excellent price!

I almost put 4 stars for this hotel but I changed it because of the amazing value you get for what you pay.  Our room is about $35/night and I think that’s amazing. 

Pros:

- Safe
- Good parking (gated and guarded)
- Hot Water
- TV in room
- typical breakfast included
- Wonderful WiFi (better than my house)
- AC in room
- restaurant and cafe downstairs 

Cons:
- No rags, floor towels in bathroom
- no lotion or conditioner in bathroom
- no blanket for bed (just a sheet)
- tiny rooms 

It’s lacking in amenities, but it’s a wonderful value for the price.  I would stay here again and recommend it to others.  Safe, clean, breakfast, WiFi... what else you want for your $35? 

Great Value for the Price! 

Excellent for business trips, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff, basic services, very good location in the city, a suggestion, should have staff to help with the luggage since my room was on the third floor and I had to climb up twice to carry my luggage.

Lo Bueno: Clean, well-attended, warm human, good and simple breakfast, Secure, Very cheap hotel in the same neighborhood and this hotel is the best.

Buen Hotel is located in Buen.

It is located in a strategic area with easy access to the whole city, the facilities are new, has a parking lot, the price of the restaurant and accommodation rates are affordable, the rooms are small, have smartTV, air conditioning, comfortable beds, 24 hours.

Hotel new, small and executive

The place is clean, pleasant, open space and smells rich. Very good. Excellent decoration. Friendly and educated staff and have parking for large vehicles.

By the way.

I stayed a month ago at the Hotel Veranda and I loved the room very well decorated, air-conditioned and very clean, I was delighted it is very cozy and beautiful I really recommend it in its entirety.
