After visiting the museums in Comayagua we transferred more than 100 people to the Golf Club for lunch.We reached an agreement with the administration days before arrival.The attention was excellent.The food and prices too.

Lunch for 115 people.

I stayed here for a conference.

The staff, in the reception, restaurant and cleaning department were all extremely nice and warm.  Nice pool and awesome gym. Pleasant grounds,

The reasons I'm giving them 3 stars are:

1) Wifi is terrible
2) Food is very average
3) Isolated from the town (which can be a plus unless you need stuff from the outside.

OK Place - Very Nice Staff

A comfortable hotel with a typical Honduran breakfast included.We had to extend one more night and were accommodated without any problem.No golf course, but it has a nine-hole golf course and looks in good condition.Every plot is large with a swimming pool, halls for events, with security and space to park your cars near the rooms or you can walk inside the facilities without any problem.The best: real paces can walk around the plot.

For families, work or visits

Very spacious rooms, comfortable and well equipped. I had a nice break and I think it's definitely the best in the area. What I didn't like is that I didn't have hot water in my room and the Internet was almost nonexistent in the room I was in.

Nice hotel, clean and good restaurant.

Great place, do recommend it, will stay again for the next business trip. Unfortunately, since it was a business, I wasn't able to enjoy all of the installations the hotel offers. Unlike your regular hotel, there are housing sort of like villas, apartments and hotel rooms. Very comfortable, very clean, very safe and very quiet.

I don't give it 4 stars for the following reasons:

1) The Wi-Fi was terrible, and if it's a must for you to be able to work at night, this can be an issue.
2) Breakfast was always the same thing, it would have been nice for them to have a bit more options.

But, like I said, I would definitely stay again in this place, there is no other place in Comayagua like this one.

Hidden Jewel of Comayagua

If you want to get away for a weekend from the city this is a good option. An hour aeay from Tegucigalpa, the Hotel offers a big pool and a golf course very well kept. 
The buildings themselves are not that nice but the grounds make up for it. 
Although it seemed understaffed the waiters in the pool restaurant area were pretty quick and efficient. 
As for drinks I liked the frozen margarita. The mojito and michelada were just ok. 
Food at restaurant was above average and well priced. Rooms were ample. Doors and locks seemed a bit flimsy but I believe hotel to be safe. A minifridge is available in room which is not always available in Honduras. 
Inly complaint is entrance to hotel grounds a bit slow as guard asks for ID and writes down license plate- all for safety reasons, but only one guard, one gate for exit and entrance. 
I would not stay here ig I wanted to get to know comayagua as I would choose a hotel nearer to downtown. I do recommend hotel for family or friends getaway to play golf or relax around the pool. 

A safe option for a weekend getaway

Nice accomodations in a beautiful country setting. Safe and secure. Restaurant hours and food availibilty need improvement.Hotel is outside of Comayagua so it is necessary to use a cab or have a rental car to get to other restauranta.

Nicest place to stay in Comayagua

El Hotel Comayagua Golf Club is a complex that offers a variety of amenities: renovated rooms and bungalows, a golf course, a swimming pool, 4 event lounges, a wonderful terrace and open areas for both weddings and corporate events, and an exquisite dining experience at its Bamboo Restaurant.

I recommend this hotel and it is above average for the area.  The have excellent security and great food.  It is good for group activities and/or events.  It has a large room inside or a medium size area for events outside.  The pool is nice and you may drink/eat next to it.  There's a bar/restaurant next to the pool.  Looking forward to go golfing here.  I did not have the chance.  It definitely needs some minor infrastructure issues requiring touches (i.e. paint, etc.), but nothing too bad.  It's easy overlooked!  Service has been great all 3 times i've been there.

Above Average for the Area

This hotel is certainly enough for one night, but it is no longer. The food is not special and the golf course is very old and hardly maintained. It is also used (since unused) by other people which can be dangerous.
