To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 4 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and smart lock details. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. After hours arrivals are handled via a lock box. Instructions are available on office door. 1st night's room and tax deposit is payable by credit card and is due at the time booking the reservation.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit for Spring Break: USD 500.00 for guests under 30 years old staying between 01 March - 08 April
• Destination fee: USD 56.80 per accommodation, per stay
• Cleaning fee: USD 125 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility fee: USD 50.90 per accommodation, per stay
• Resort fee: USD 20 per accommodation, per stay

The resort fee includes:
