Please note, guests are required to return a signed credit card authorization form and a rental agreement that will be sent to the guest by the landlord. Lease paperwork must be signed and returned within 24 hours of receipt of paper documentation from landlord. The reservation is confirmed once the landlord receives the completed paperwork.
