This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A highchair is available at an additional fee of GBP 5. The property has a strictly no party policy, should the maximum number of people per property be exceeded without pre authorisation, guests will be charged and a member of staff has the right to ask guests to leave the premises. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented on arrival. Guests must also provide a valid passport , driving licence or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer on the card. Photographic identication may also be required from all accompanying guests. A photo or scan will be taken of the identification on arrival at the property. Apartments should be left in a reasonable good condition, if additional cleaning is required the cost of this will be charged to the guest. Anyone found to be causing damage to the property or causing harm to a person on site, behaving in an anti-social, aggressive manner or under the influence of drugs will be ejected and may be reported to the police.
