A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that check-ins before 03:00 PM carry an additional charge of GBP 30. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00 PM, subject to availability. The latest check-in for this property is 11:00 PM. Arrivals after 11:00 PM will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given.
Please note that the contract must be signed before 18:00 if the booking is made on the day of arrival.
Please note that this property does not have a reception.
Standard check-out time is up to 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP an hour.
The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older.
There is a strictly no smoking in the interior and exterior of the accommodations.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
