Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements and house rules.

Please note that additional fees will apply for late check-in. For check-in between 19:00 and 21:00 there is an extra cost of GBP 30; between 21:00 and 23:00 there is an extra cost of GBP 50; after 23:00 the extra cost is GBP 100.

Late check-in is only possible upon request and must be confirmed by the property in advance.

The property will contact you by email after booking to communicate the exact address of the apartment.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The name on the photo identification needs to be the same as the one on the credit card used for booking.

A security deposit of GBP 800 will be pre-authorized on your credit card one day before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
