Base Serviced Apartments - The Spectrum

Check-in time is between 14:00 and 22:00 at the office, apart from Sundays, when the office closes at 18:00. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out.

The property has an over-25 policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block.

The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation.

The property reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on the credit/debit card (must be the same card used for the accommodation pre-payment), for at least GBP 150 up to GBP 1,500 by chip and pin terminal on arrival. Please be advised that cash, visa electron, solo or laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization.
