In the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required, the card provided will be charged. An email will alert the guest to this, along with a breakdown of the charges. Any booking with 5+ rooms will be subject to different terms and conditions. They will be required to pay 50% deposit within 24 hours. A limited number of parking spaces are available on-site, these are not allocated and are on a first come first served basis.
