Please inform Portnellan in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets are permitted strictly by prior arrangement and in certain cottages and chalets. There is a pet fee of GPB 40 per stay and includes a welcome pack for your pet to include biscuits, the use of a water and food bowl, blanket and poo bags.
