GHOSTel Medieval Hostel

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform GHOSTel - Medieval Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of UAH 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reservations are kept until 19:00, after that hostel administration can cancel the reservation unless informed about the late time of arrival. If you have booked a bed or beds in a dorm room that is NOT completely booked out by yourself or your party, the last time you can check-in is 23:00. Late check-in is possible only if agreed with the administrator, and subject to additional payment. There is no early check-in in the hostel and note that guests are not allowed to stay in the hostel before the check-in and after the check-out. Please note when booking for 6 people and more, different policies might apply. Please contact the property upon booking for more information.
