Bann Jai Dee

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Bann Jai Dee in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 14000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or Paypal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 7 per unit. The total amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid upon check out.
