In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include electrical and water usage fees. Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check out. Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 19:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone.
