Aura Samui Best Beach Hotel

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

In case of late arrival guests should contact the hotel in advance. After 10:00 PM security will help to check-in.

If the guests arrive after 10:00 PM, they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

Pool access available from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM.

Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

This property does not have any lifts.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
