In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Infants from 0 to 4 years stay at a property for free on existing bedding.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Room rate is for 2 persons per booking. Any addition person will be charged an extra fee.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
When booking for more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This policy is imposed by the property.
All rooms on the beachside are Oceanfront Premium Rooms. All rooms on the main wing side are Cozy Deluxe, Cool Pool Access, and Connecting Rooms.
The property has 2 wings between beach side and main wing side and separated by a public road.
