Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The property requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the bank account or PayPal account details of the property. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.

A security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that the property offers airport transfer services upon request. The price of the service is depending on the season as following details:

- Low Season (1 May to 31 June and 1 September to 20 December) : Additional charge applied

- High Season (Remaining dates of the year) : Complimentary service offered
