Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Electricity fee: THB 130.00 per night for use over 7.00 kWh.

Hotels may charge additional mandatory fees payable by the guest directly at the property including but not exclusively: resort fee, facility fee, city tax, etc. Hotels can ask the guest upon the check in to provide a valid credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of payment for additional services such as: mini-bar, pay-TV, etc.

Guests need to notify the hotel directly in advance, if guests are running late, or plan to check-in later than 08:00 PM. Hotel may cancel guests' room reservation and charge a no-show fee, if they haven't informed the hotel about late check-in.
