Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Construction is carried out near the apartment. Repair work is carried out from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The facility apologizes for the possibility of noise.

Guests are required to contact the property 7 days prior to check-in to arrange key collection or contactless check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Guests are required to inform the property in advance if they require these services. Each service costs THB 500.00 per stay.
