Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by Bank Transfer on the day of booking. The hotel will contact guests via email with payment instructions.

Please be informed that check-in is available from 14:00-22:00 hrs. Please note that early check-in is not possible. Guests who expect to arrive after the operating hours are kindly requested by the guesthouse to provide arrival details at the time of booking under "Special Requests".

To get to the guesthouse, guests can ask the taxi driver to go to "Soi before Chiangmai Ram Hospital".
