Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

A security deposit of USD 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Yacht itinerary and schedule are subject to change upon the weather & operating condition.

Please note check-in takes place at Royal Phuket Marina and Ao Po Grand Marina.

Please be informed that the following is included in the price:

- Snorkelling gear and 2 kayaks

- All meals, water, tea, coffee and soft drinks (Alcohol and extra food not included)

- Cruising speed of 20 knots with enough fuel for 4 hours of cruising. Extra hours have a surcharge of THB 10000/hour

- Free round-trip airport transfer between Phuket International Airport and the pier
