Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Xiangyang Tianyuan in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please kindly note, the check-in time starts from 15:00 until 21:00. For those who will arrive after 21:00, please contact the property in advance. The check-out time is before 11:00. Please note one child under 3 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds.
