This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are responsible for leaving the house clean and taking the rubbish out upon departure. If this is not done, a deposit amount of EUR 200 will not be returned. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge.
