This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cleaning is included in the rate Please note that for reservations of 8 or more days, a cleaning service is included at mid-stay. Final cleaning is also included. Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival: -Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30 -Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50 -Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80 Please note that the swimming pool can be heated on request for a surcharge of EUR 350 per week. Please, contact the property to request this service at least 1 week prior to your arrival in order to guarantee the correct temperature.
