Keys Collection:

All check-in takes place at the reception of the Florasol Aparthotel, located at 7 Calle Camino del Cohe, Puerto de la Cruz. Reception opening hours are 08:00 to 22:00. Guests arriving outside of these hours must contact the property directly using the telephone number provided on the Booking Confirmation.

Once check-in has been completed, staff will accompany guests to their apartment.

Deposit:

A damage deposit of EUR 100 per apartment is payable at check-in. This will be returned at check-out provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition.

Cleaning:

Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week. A change of towels is provided 3 times a week and bedding once a week.
