Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 15 Sept 2023 until Sat 01 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check in from 20.00 to 22.00 has 30€ charges and from 22.00 to 00.00 50€ to pay in cash on arrival. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00, and EUR 50 between 22:00 and 00:00 after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property and to be paid by cash on arrival.
