According to the new law, under the All-inclusive system a hotel can offer a guest a maximum of 3 alcoholic drinks per day.

When booking, please indicate in the comments box your estimated time of arrival. If you subsequently find yourself delayed, please contact the hotel on the number provided on your Booking Confirmation.

There is a bus stop just 140 metres from the hotel. The bus runs from Palma de Mallorca every 2 hours (approx.)

The hire of both rooms in any of the buildings gives exclusive right to use that building.

The location of the hotel means that the ground is not always even. For this reason, parents must take responsibility for the safety of children. Groups with children younger than 13 years can only stay in the Superior Double Rooms.

All guests have self catering facilities, with a fully equipped kitchen in each house.

Please note the remaining 75% balance of the reservation must be paid on the 2nd day of the stay.
