In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 60€ to 70€ applies for arrivals outside the check-in and check-out hours. If the check-in or check-out takes places on a Sunday or holiday, the rate will also apply. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 35 euro per pet, per stay applies. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos and only non-dangerous breeds. Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 20 kWh per day. Additional usage will be charged separately at a cost of 0.45€ per kWh.
