Applies for all Arrivals: Please note the facilities are located in Hotel Avenida at 10m away and guests of Avenida Apartments can use these facilities.

At check-in a refundable deposit would be required.

Optional: Boards at Hotel Avenida for clients of the Avenida Apartments. Possibility to use facilities of Hotel Avenida.

Changing towels every 3 days and cleaning and change of sheets weekly

Note: On 25/12 and 31/12 - Full Board would not be available

On 25/12 - Half Board would be breakfast and dinner

On 31/12- Half Board Would be breakfast and lunch

PLEASE NOTE: Stag or Hen Parties and Students groups are not allowed. Group more than 15 persons are on request and the reservation must have a different name for each room for all seasons. 15 persons or more, or more than 5 rooms will be consider as a group.
