This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Ghat Apartments Gracia II has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for further details. Please note that for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 there is a EUR 30 surcharge. Please note that if you expect to check-out after 11:00 you must contact Ghat Apartments Gracia II in advance and has an extra charge of EUR 50. Special holidays December 25 and 26 / January 1, have an additional cost of €30. We do not accept arrivals after 6:00 p.m.
