City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
A credit card security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 7 business days following your stay.
All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Check-in is between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Each apartment is in a different location.
Guests arriving between 00:00 AM and 01:30 AM will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 60.
Guests arriving between 09:00 PM and 00:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 30.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Outdoor swimming pool is available at some apartments only.
Please contact the property directly prior to your arrival for key collection.
