[Precautions when using Casarinda’s separate rooms]
ㅁ Additional fee for duplex use: 20,000 won per night, payable on site
* It is operated as a single-story building, and the use of a duplex may change depending on the conditions above.

1. Additional charges (person, warm water, etc.) may occur if the room standard and maximum number of people are checked and options are not reflected. Additional charges will be charged on-site upon admission.
2. Additional fee: KRW 30,000 for adults (over 13 years old) / KRW 20,000 for children (under 13 years old) / Free for infants except 24 months old
3. lukewarm water charges (required use): room no. 201,203,301,303 (KRW 80,000) / room no. 501,502 (KRW 120,000; not operated from November to February)
4. Fire (gas grill) fees: room no. 201,202,203,301,302,303 KRW 30,000 / room no. 501,502 : KRW 50,000
* In case if raining, grill in the room is KRW 25,000 (room no. 501, 502)
5. All additional charges are based on one night. If you book more than two nights, you will be charged an additional fee for the number of days you use it.
6. Individual swimming pools (lukewarm water / lash guard or swimsuits)

All children and infants are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
All special requests are subject to availability.
An additional charge will be required for use of the property facilities such as BBQ, swimming pool, and spa.
Availability of property facilities may be subject to weather conditions or property related circumstances.
Check-in may be rejected if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Guests are required to provide a phone number at which property can reach them, when making the reservation.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM(KST) are required to contact the property directly prior to arrival.

Smoking is prohibited. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

The minimum age of guests to stay is 19 years if unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians.
