Smoking is prohibited on the property. In case of detection of the smell of smoke during check-out, the amount of RUB 1500.00 will be withheld from the deposit.

The property is not intended for holidays and parties, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 10:00 PM. In case of violation of this paragraph of the rules, accommodation may be terminated without a refund.

Booking and making a prepayment indicate agreement with the conditions of stay.
