Apartment rules:

Upon check-in, a security deposit must be paid. The deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the rules of residence and the safety of property.

Late check-out is discussed with the manager in advance and is paid separately.

Accommodation with animals is prohibited.

Smoking in the apartment is also prohibited. If the smell of smoke is detected upon check-out, an amount of 1500.00 RUB will be withheld from the deposit.

The apartment is not intended for celebrations and parties, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this point of the rules, the stay may be terminated without a refund.

Reservation of the apartment and prepayment indicate agreement with the terms of residence.
