Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Check-in starts after 14:00. Check out is available until 12:00.

The apartments are self-check-in and check-out.

On the day of arrival, instructions will be sent by 14:00, according to which guests can check in on their own.

Before this time, guests should send a passport photo to confirm a reservation and pay a security deposit. The deposit can be paid at any time before check-in. Due to contactless check-in, the deposit is accepted by transfer to a bank card or by phone number. It is necessary to send a screenshot confirming the payment to the contact number. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, by transfer to a card or by phone number provided by the guest.

If the guest booked on the day of arrival, then within an hour it is necessary to make a 100% prepayment on the link that will be sent to the post office. If the guest makes a reservation not on the day of arrival, then the guest will have several hours to make the prepayment.

Prepayment is not refundable.
