• When placing a guest from 0:00 to the check-out time (without prior booking), the fee for accommodation is charged at a rate of half a day's fee.
• Early check-in is available whenever possible, subject to availability of available apartments (breakfast not provided in this case).
• When placing a guest before the check-out time (with advance booking), the payment for the stay is charged for a full day.
In case of delay in the departure of the guest after the check-out time (late departure), the payment for accommodation is charged in the following order: no more than 6 hours after the estimated hour — hourly payment; more than 6 hours after the estimated hour — the fee for a full day.
• A cot is provided free of charge at the request of the guest.
• Fee for children under the age of 7 in apartments with parents without an extra bed and breakfast is not charged.
