The only road to Teriberka from Murmansk runs through the elevated tundra, from November to May, and sometimes in other months, the road is covered with snow. Until the storm subsides and the rubble is cleared, the passage is blocked by utilities - for several hours or for several days. If the guests booked accommodation and did not arrive or did not arrive for the entire period, and the road was closed, the accommodation facility returns money for unspent days.
