Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Guests are required to contact the property 7 days prior to check-in to receive contactless check-in instructions. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.

Check-in is carried out remotely according to the instructions, only until 09:00 PM.

At check-in guests will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement.

Forbidden: pets, noise after 11:00 PM, parties, smoking throughout the facility.

According to the Law of St. Petersburg dated 28 June 2023 No. 419-81 «On Introduction of Resort Fee in the Territory of St. Petersburg», from 1 April 2024 a resort fee will be charged in the territory of St. Petersburg. Persons over the age of 18 who plan to stay in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours are required to pay a resort fee of RUB 100.00 per person per day at check-in. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from paying the resort fee, including veterans, disabled persons of 1-2 groups, St. Petersburg university students, members of large families and others. If you are entitled to a benefit, you must have the original document confirming your entitlement, or a copy of it certified in accordance with the established procedure.
