Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

An extra bed — a folding bed — is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the additional payment is RUB 1500.00 per day.

When booking an additional bed, breakfast and dinner are not included in the price and must be paid on site. Breakfast is RUB 900.00 per extra bed, dinner — RUB 950.00.

It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children aged 0 to 7 years inclusive stay free of charge.

The hotel offers guaranteed early check-in, the cost is 100% of the previous day's payment. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability. Late check-out before 17:00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of one night's stay. Late check-in after 17:00 is paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night's stay.

Pets weighing up to 9 kg are allowed. When checking in with animals, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required, which is refundable provided that nothing is damaged in the room. Pet fee is RUB 1000.00 per day.

Check-in at the hotel is until 00:00; after this time, check-in is possible only with prepayment in the amount of the first night.

When booking 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is required.

For reservations from 7 days inclusive, a prepayment of one night is required.
